About Me

Hi, I'm Evie.

I believe feeling stronger, physically and mentally, changes more than just your health. It changes how you show up for your life.

Whether you're looking to build strength, manage anxiety, improve your sleep or simply feel more like yourself again, my role is to help you take realistic steps that fit around your life—not take it over.

Because wellbeing isn't about being perfect. It's about feeling capable.

Why AXIS Wellbeing

For many years I've worked in senior leadership, balancing demanding roles with family life, personal challenges and all the pressures that come with modern life.

I know what it's like when your own wellbeing quietly slips to the bottom of the list.

AXIS Wellbeing grew from a simple belief: that looking after yourself shouldn't feel overwhelming. With the right support, small, consistent changes can make a remarkable difference.

That's the approach I bring to every person and family I work with.

How I work

No two people are the same, so no two plans should be either. I combine clinical hypnotherapy, coaching, movement and practical wellbeing strategies to create personalised support that meets you where you are.

Whether we're working together through personal training, hypnotherapy or family wellbeing, my goal is always the same:

To help you feel stronger, calmer and more in control.

I'm passionate about continuing to learn, so my knowledge keeps growing alongside the people I support. CPD includes working with older adults and I'm currently studying towards my Youth Athlete Development Coaching certification too.

When I'm not working

You'll probably find me strength training, walking my miniature dachshund, Hamish McSparkles, creating something in my craft room or spending time with my family - in particular, my granddaughter or travelling around the country in my VW camper called Dougal.

Let's have a chat

Taking the first step can feel like the hardest part, but you don't have to do it alone. If you'd like to explore how we could work together, I'd love to hear from you.
